What is your return policy?
1. What is our return policy?
At PESA, we strive to provide the best customer experience
possible. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations
or becomes damaged during shipping. That's why we have a return policy in place
to ensure your satisfaction.
We are happy to provide a refund or exchange on products
that are returned within 30 days of purchase.
A customer can also choose to keep the product but be
compensated for the drop in value caused by the problem.
2. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to original payment method unless agreed
upon by the business and customer.
3. How do I make a return for my order?
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via email/phone
call informing us of your concern. The following dot points must be adhered to.

have the original invoice. - The
item must be unused. - The
item must be in its original condition and packaging.
If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund
may be declined, and the products will be returned to you.
4. How do I exchange an item from my order?
If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us via
email/phone call informing us of your intentions.
The exchange is subject to the same conditions outlined
above for a return and can only be a swapped for a similar product. If the
packaging is damaged, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
If we cannot provide an exchange, the cost of the item will
be refunded as outlined above.
5. One of the products I purchased is faulty, what do I
do?
If you believe that you have received a faulty product, we
will assess the item to determine if it is indeed faulty or not as advertised.
Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered
faulty. If the product is deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement,
or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Do you offer international shipping?
No, we only ship locally. And for heavier, larger items, pick-up is suggested.
Do you offer gift cards?
No gift cards are not available at the moment.
