Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

During busy periods, public holidays, or promotions, dispatch times may be extended slightly — but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options & Costs

Playground Equipment SA offers nationwide delivery across Australia. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the parcel size, weight, and delivery location.

We use Australia Post and other trusted courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Small parcels: Compact accessories such as rock-climbing holds and trapeze bars.
  • Large parcels: Medium-sized items like swing seats and nets.
  • X-Large parcels: Bulky playground sets or multi-piece kits.

You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your order at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier network demand, weather, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive tracking details within a few days of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at sales@playgroundequipmentsa.com.au.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver Australia-wide only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes for bulky or oversized items — please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packing our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@playgroundequipmentsa.com.au and include photos of the damage or missing parts. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution in line with our Refund Policy.

Local Pickup

At this stage, Playground Equipment SA operates online only. If local pickup becomes available in South Australia in the future, we’ll update this policy accordingly.
